Refund and Returns Policy

At Furniched.com, we’re all about making sure you love your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you!

14-Day Return Window: 
At Furniched.com, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Condition of Returns: 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return: 
To start a return, you can contact us at info@furniched.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return reason is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost: 
Please note that while we are happy to refund the full cost of the item, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item.

Exchanges: 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
•    We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
•    Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
•    Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Faulty item 

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at info@furniched.com within 7 days of receiving it. Please include the following information: 
•    Your order number
•    Which item is damaged
•    A description of the problem
•    Photographic evidence

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
